SQUIRT GIRLS WIN SEASON OPENER!

Squirt Girls played strong; both on the defense and offense tonight as they took the lead in the 4th inning, winning 4-2 against St. Mary's!

With only 9 players, the girls kept busy in the game, impressing us, as each of them connected with the ball, and even if they did strike out, they went out swinging!  That's the effort we hope to see all season! 

Jessica Bannerman put a great effort forward as she learned what back catching was all about!  Briana Donaldson pitched well her first game!  Defence was played well by all, and our runs scored were by Carly Gerber, Jessica, Ashley Bannerman and Jill.

Way to start the Season girls!  I look forward to the season ahead!  Keep up the great effort!
