All Listowel Baseball Diamonds are Smoke Free
REMINDER

Please note, this includes public sidewalks and vehicles parked in public parking lots or on the side of the road within the 20 metre setback rule.

Tobacco Enforcement Officers conduct inspections of public sporting areas to ensure compliance and issue fines when necessary.
It is the responsibility of the owner, operator or person in charge of the team to ensure compliance with the Act.
As a team captain, you have a responsibility to ensure that teams and players are made aware that smoking within 20 metres of a sporting or spectator area is illegal.
You must also ensure that people do not smoke in the prohibited areas.
