Listowel Midget Boys win Ontario Title

Midgets won the OBA D division this past weekend going 5-0 again after winning the ICBA title last weekend.

Game 1 vs Woodslee friday 8-1. Scored runs every inning.
Riley Kuepfer pitching 6 1\3. With Lucas Jamieson closing the door.

Game 2 vs Dresden scored 9 runs in the 5+ 6th on route to a 13-2 win.
Brandon Wall pitching 4 innings with Bryan Richardson closing it out.

Game 3 in the undefeated game vs Belle River score 6 runs in first 2 innings on route to 7-2 win.
Will Calder and Blair Johnson pitching for the win.

Game 4 semi final vs Amherstburg Sunday morning was very close game. Got behind 4-0 after 3 innings. Scored 1 in 4th. And 3 in 5th to tie and 1 in 6th to win game 5-4.

Game 5 in final. A rematch vs Belle River was a battle going 10 innings. We were visiting team. Tied 3-3 after 7. Then scored 4 in 10th for victory. Will Calder Pitching 8 innings and Brandon Wall closing out the 9th and 10th.

We are so proud of the team effort put forth by everyone to win these 2 titles.
