First Game of the Season
Monday, May 16 was such an early game in the season to get us started! But what a great way to begin with a win 16-12!
The girls travelled to Mildmay for their first game, after only two practices. What a great opportunity to learn during the game and now at practice this week, they'll be able to understand more of the where's, why's and how's!
Brynnlie & Ariana were the two pitchers tonight. Both girls did a fantastic job and big shout out to Ariana who pitched for the very first time - 3up, 3down! All players were aggressive at the plate. Sadie hit a double and every single player had big singles contributing in multiple RBIs! Zoey, Ari and Chloe all had strong at bats for their first time playing with us! Maddy and Alexis showed great defensive skills as they threw out a runner stealing 3rd, and Lucy made two solo outs at first. Isabel was a great team leader, always calling plays and keeping the team on their toes! Great team effort girls!
